Quadras

Quadra, a structural unit of the Socion, gives a feeling of cosiness, comfort, security, confidence and understanding. It gives its members feelings of psychotherapeutic and physical comfort, full understanding and emotional satisfaction.

The Alpha Quadra

Members of this small group share a general theme of "reflecting and delighting in". This approximates with the creation of new ideas and information as a means of maintaining harmony in a socially shared world.

Ayn Rand, an ENTp "Searcher", created her philosophy of Objectivism "encompassing positions on metaphysics, epistemology, ethics, politics, and aesthetics". Carl Jung, an INTj "Analyst, formed the basis for Socionics with his work on cognitive processes and his classic "two types of person: the introvert and extravert" that he proposed.

Since this group tends to bring about new ways of thinking about the world with an innate curiosity paired with their "careful-infantile" dualities we can say that brass maturity1 (i.e. child-hood) would appear like their "age" in regards to life, love and learning etc.

The Beta Quadra

active-fighting-spirit.jpg

Members of this small group share a general theme of "achievement and endurance". This approximates with an active nature and "fighting spirit" to getting things done in response to a socially chaotic or resistant world.

Donald Trump, an ESTp "Marshal", as featured on The Apprentice clearly resembles a "young rebel" (to me) who fought his way up the corporate ladder. Tutankhamun (aka "King Tut"), a now ancient INFp "Romantic" would have come across like a "revitalising individualist" who we later know "sparked a renewed public interest in ancient Egypt".

Since this group tends to have a "fighting spirit" usually compelled by glory and honour paired with their "aggressor-victim" dualities we can say that bronze maturity2 (i.e. teen-hood) would appear like their "age" in regards to accepting new rules, responsibilities and ideals etc.

The Gamma Quadra

Members of this small group share a general theme of "collaboration and acquisition". This approximates with marketing and bringing into acceptance new ideas for success by disregarding old ones in a forward-moving world.

Jack London, an ENTj "Pioneer", "in the then-burgeoning world of commercial magazine fiction, he was one of the first Americans to make a lucrative career exclusively from writing". Honoré de Balzac, an INTp, "regarded as one of the founders of realism in European literature".

Since this group tends to focus on team-work and extroverted goals they are usually socially orientated which paired with their "aggressor-victim" dualities we can say that silver maturity3 (i.e. adult-hood ) would seem like their "age" in regards to promoting reliable business standards, social morals and higher education etc.

The Delta Quadra

Members of this small group share a general theme of "protection and assistance". This approximates with ensuring conservation and stability in a resource-consuming world.

Thomas Edison, an ESTj "Director", who invented the incandescent light-bulb clearly had a concern for human survival through the power of electricity as a new source of energy. Fyodor Dostoevsky, an INFj "Humanist", explored "human psychology in the troubled political, social and spiritual context of his 19th century Russian society".

Since this group tends to focus on solving the problems of an apparently unstable world of finite resources they are usually wise conservationists which paired with their "careful-infantile" dualities we can say that golden maturity4 (i.e. elder-hood) would describe their "age" in regards to pushing out their "wisdom" on human survival, cultural morality and conversationalist philosophies etc.
