A club is a set of four types who have a core mix of sensing or intuition with logics or ethics. The types in this small group are so different that together they can address a problem in its entirety and make a good mastermind group. Each member has his or her own view on the problem thus contributing constructively. However, it is poor for actual joint implementation of projects due to different values, creativity functions and resulting styles of work (even between identical personality types).

SF's aka "Socialites"

Members of this club tend to display sympathy and friendliness towards others and may also appear prominent in fashionable society.

• Alpha SF's have a knack for outwardly seeking out opportunities for social networking (extroverted ethics).

They seldom shy away from social events and are easy to get along with. They live in the "here and now", usually caring, independent and like to contribute to the well-being of others. Usually sensitive to criticism albeit understanding with a quick wit for aesthetic style and beautification.

• Gamma SF’s have a knack for keeping an eye on maintaining social harmony and order (introverted ethics).

They are very sensitive to other people's needs, value stability and cultural norms. They are very adept at giving attention to detail. They do not seek positions of authority. Also "here and now" people-persons that enjoy excitement and adventure.

ST's aka "Pragmatists"

Members of this club tend to have a practical, matter-of-fact way of approaching or assessing situations or of solving problems.

• Beta ST's have a knack for a no-nonsense attitude in getting things done (extroverted sensing).

Action-loving "here and now" realists with excellent people skills. Informal, risk-taking, fast-paced and adaptable. They are tactical problem solvers that desire quick results. Their work does not have to be fun although it must count toward something productive.

• Delta ST's have a knack for finding reliable methods and action to get things done (introverted sensing).

Logical hard workers whose efforts are carried out in a practical, structured manner. They trust facts and experiences more than theories. They like to keep busy and are action-oriented usually. They also live in the "here and now" which makes them adaptable and definitive.

NF's aka "Humanitarians"

Members of this club tend to show enthusiasm and thoughtfulness with concerns for helping to improve the welfare and happiness of other people.

• Beta NF's have a knack for accepting a person's social-spiritual role in society unconditionally (introverted intuition).

Introspective, altruistic, positive, patient, loyal with excellent people skills. Usually warm with a natural desire to support and enhance the lives of others. Also highly idealistic with a constant desire to follow a meaningful path in life.

• Delta NF's have a knack for bringing into harmony a person's spiritual relevance and purpose in society (extroverted intuition).

Resourceful, assertive, life-loving, charismatic and passionate. They actively send their thoughts and ideas out into the world as a way to bring harmony into people's ethics and current events. Also strive for peace and derive satisfaction from helping others.

NT's aka "Researchers"

Members of this club tend to have a logical and ingenious skill in performing diligent and systematic inquiry or investigation into a subject in order to discover or revise facts, theories, applications, etc.

• Alpha NT’s have a knack for exposing new business models and products for niche-marketing (introverted logic).

They see possibilities for improvement everywhere and possess the ability to understand complex concepts. Usually introspective and carefree nonconformists thus sometimes making exciting company. Also talented in bringing ideas from conception to reality.

• Gamma NT’s have a knack for reliably predicting business models and products for mass-marketing (extroverted logic).

They are able to understand complicated organizational situations and quick to develop intelligent solutions. They are decisive and value knowledge. In the world of theoretical possibilities they also like to see everything in terms of how it could be improved, or what it could be turned into.
