Argumentation theory, or argumentation, embraces the arts and sciences of civil debate, dialogue, conversation, and persuasion. It studies rules of inference, logic, and procedural rules in both artificial and real world settings. Argumentation is concerned primarily with reaching conclusions through logical reasoning, that is, claims based on premises. Although including debate and negotiation which are concerned with reaching mutually acceptable conclusions, argumentation theory also encompasses the branch of social debate in which victory over an opponent is the primary goal. Restructurers usually reach conclusions about something through debate and negotiation to change, alter, or restore the structure of.

• Extroverted Restructurers (eTP) tend to create something new in the world that would follow the idiom that "nothing is original"¹ although the way they present it would be somewhat unique whether it be a new philosophy, school of thought or business venture etc.
• Introverted Restructurers (iTP) tend to architect something new in the world using existing ideas, concepts or "tools" to create something along the idea that if say something is just 10% different it is still 90% unique.

The Guardians (FJ)

Guardians usually reach conclusions about something through debate and negotiation to guard, watch over, protect or preserve.

• Extroverted Guardians (eFJ) tend to have good leadership² skills making them ideal as managers and CEO's of companies and social organisations. They can reason a group together by accepting the roles each person plays for the greater purpose of the whole.
• Introverted Guardians (iFJ) tend to have good self-leadership skills making them ideal as valued members of a corporation or social organisation. They can work relentlessly and meticulously in support of a cause or group without doubt.

The Constructors (TJ)

Constructors usually reach conclusions about something through debate and negotiation to create by systematically arranging ideas or terms.

• Extroverted Constructors (eTJ) tend to have business mindsets with a knack for where to find predictable reliable results either for themselves or others. This makes them ideal as business consultants, inventors and marketers etc. who wish to create solutions that bring expected outcomes.
• Introverted Constructors (iTJ) tend to have logical-analytical mindsets with a knack for giving a detached appraisal of a person or situation. This makes them ideal in any form of analyst role that uses conditional logic as a means to making sense of something thereby creating new streams of thought.

The Diplomats (FP)

Diplomats usually reach conclusions about something through debate and negotiation to manage delicate situations, handle people etc.

• Extroverted Diplomats (eFP) tend to have the outward passion to "meet and greet" new and old strangers alike. They don't usually build deeply meaningful relationships with anyone since as diplomats they can treat every next person met in an equally as delicate way where no single person is too important until they decide to settle with their chosen soul mate.

They usually connect with people more through action rather than compassionate conversation where each person met is yet another potential sea of turbulence in their life that requires a degree of stabilisation.

• The famous Welsh pop singer, Tom Jones is an ESFp "Diplomat". He knows how to spread social harmony through his music, charm and positiveness.
